What were the goals of Integrated Service Delivery?
Integrated Service Delivery sought to improve the education
of all children in the school by blending student service programs into the everyday classroom. The Franklin School community established these goals for
ISD:
- Reducing teacher-student ratio to 16:1 for all K-2 classrooms.
- Helping 95% of first and second grade students will read
at grade level.
- Allowing all students to experience more continuity in
their curriculum and school day .
- Eliminating pullouts.
In order to increase student achievement in reading and mathematics,
Franklin School set up specific goals for LEP and Title 1
students. These goals corresponded to the local and state
standards of the Wisconsin
Student Assessment System.
